August 17, tropical storm, wind shear and dry air.
Also put down what will be the last storm of August. (Ingrid)

I'm going to say the weak tropical wave entering the Leeward Islands currently becomes a tropical cyclone in the Gulf in a little under a week like the FIM, CMC, and NAVGEM are indicating.

I'm going to go with sometime in the next week - maybe by next weekend. And I think she will be from the pouch off Africa they are chatting about in the pouch 20L thread.
But I could be completely wrong as that could be torn apart before it even has a chance. Just a wild guess, really.
