Hi Pileus! I'm so bummed, I had a note to myself to watch it and got busy and forgot. Was it good?

I am not interested in television shows, that tends to include most weather documentaries.

The Discovery Channel rebroadcasts there Eastern Time primetime programming, thus "Deadliest Storm:
Galveston Hurricane" is rebroadcast at 1:00 AM EDT.

Must of been horrendous then. The only means of getting info on the track
was from Washington and they had the storm 300 miles east of Florida
when actually it was in the central GOM moving NW. At one point the city
was half underwater and the storm was still 200 miles offshore. Some
of the focus on what Galveston endured centered on an orphanage in
the middle of the city and many children drown. Yes it was very good.
Should be back on in future.

Eric, it is on again... In 1 hour and 20 minutes; as I mentioned above.

That was very interesting..The piles of debris were amazing.. And to think the 17' sea wall they built got the test 15 years later.. The book was better of course..
