No New Runs
They didn't run the models at 00Z...but it looks like things are improving....in terms of development...in the eastern Atlantic and it will probably get going over the weekend....and start moving to the west as the east Atlantic high builds back in...

Invest 96 Future Mike Watkins?
I have been looking at really contradictory stuff on this Invest this morning. Some think (and yesterday's suite indicated) it would represent a risk for the islands, other information points to an early fish. Mike and the rest, what is the most likely scenario in your opinion? What are the variables that we will have to look to? I see what appears to be an upper level cyclonic circulation to the northeast of the invest, but moving west. Is that what is supposed to turn it northwest?
