Tornado hits Monterrey 2020
Ok mmm... I don't know how to Say this but yesterday the city of Apodaca (part of Monterrey Metropolitan área) just got hit by a tornado, this is the first time ever in Monterrey history, Two people died and Many are injured, I don't know how I couldn't know about that until now but I don't have words, tornadoes are rare in Mexico let alone in a mountanious city as Monterrey, but that just happened, I'm fine, Apodaca municipality is next to me, I live in Escobedo, yes, yesterday we had a lot of rain, wind, lightning, and even hail but I really didn't expect a tornado to form in the city by any means, just search the videos, it is very trágic... Why this happened, how this happened, I'm so sorry for the people who died and the people that experienced this

Re: Tornado hits Monterrey 2020
Wow. This is especially brutal for me because I've gone through that. Having a completely unexpected tornado hit my city, that is.
It was in Barranquilla, in 2006. Also an EF2 (or F2), if I recall correctly. By some miracle, there were no deaths (which unfortunately doesn't seem to be the case here
). But it was terrifying.

I saw a video of the Monterrey twister, what a nasty storm that was indeed, wow! This year has been crazy with the tornadoes, and not just in the US, but now Mexico with this deadly event.
