from the 11 a.m. advisory on Fabian:

BERMUDA IS ALREADY EXPERIENCING STRONG WINDS AND THE WEATHER SHOULD GRADUALLY WORSEN. BERMUDA OFFICIALS AND RESIDENTS HAVE IMPLEMENTED THEIR HURRICANE PLANS AND AT THIS TIME...WE CAN ONLY HOPE FOR THE BEST.

Certainly a bad situation for them. I would hope that by taking all necessary precautions, the residents of Bermuda to not suffer any major injuries or casualties from Fabian.

There is more info on the current condition in the thread "message from Bermuda" It also posts a local board from Bermuda. Many prayers going out to them
