There is absolutely no way on God's green earth that this is a T 4.0/4.0 and that Fabian is a 5.0/5.0

I usually dont criticize those making these estimates, but these latest estimates are borderline misinformation and just flat out wrong. Recon confirms Henri is a 40-45KT tropical storm and that Fabian is a major hurricane
