This may be hunch but the Atlantic may be about to really explode into action as both of these may develop.

Cape Verde Waves
The Tropical Wave southwest of the Cape Verde Islands looks good on satellite today and thunderstorm activity associated with it has improved since yesterday.
The 2nd Tropical wave is in the process of emerging from Africa what will become of this
