FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE
FABIAN...LOCATED ABOUT 245 MILES NORTH-NORTHEAST OF BERMUDA...AND ON
RECENTLY DOWN-GRADED TROPICAL DEPRESSION HENRI CENTERED ABOUT 35
MILES SOUTHWEST OF ST. PETERSBURG FLORIDA.
SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT THE STRONG TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED
ABOUT 550 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS IS WELL
ORGANIZED THIS MORNING AND TROPICAL CYCLONE ADVISORIES WILL LIKELY
BE ISSUED LATER TODAY...WHEN VISIBLE IMAGES CONFIRM THE PRESENCE OF
A WELL-DEFINED LOW-LEVEL CIRCULATION.
AND YET ANOTHER WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE IS MOVING OFFSHORE
OVER THE FAR EASTERN TROPICAL ATLANTIC NEAR THE COAST OF AFRICA.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SUNDAY.

Looks like TD#13 at 11 AM to me as all the system is simetrical and banding features are showing up.This will be a longtracker for sure and where it is at a more lower latidud than Fabian was at that area now the people in the islands must watch this one.
