With that -NAO trying to set in it makes sense that we've got a low up there looking like that

To become nameable, it needs to detach from its frontal boundary, sustain its convection, and consolidate its vorticity into one compact "ball". Given the 22 C waters as well as 50-kt wind shear and the time of year, I highly doubt this will amount to anything.
