As long as Henri behaves itself.....
and only strengthens to a weak tropical storm, it can hit the OBX, they'll only get some gusty winds and a couple inches of rain. Besides, the frontal troughs'll scour that thing right out to sea.
So the Outer Banks probly don't have too much to worry about. I DON'T want Henri to become a Cane. Just slip out to sea and become extratropical.
