Cape Verde Season

#1 Postby AussieMark » Sat Sep 06, 2003 5:56 pm

On the satellite pic we can see Isabel and potential Juan and Kate as they are rather strong tropical waves.

This is more interesting Cape Verde Season i have seen for a while as most years after 1999 all the tropical waves have been falling apart or just not developing as they traverse the Atlantic.

What Cape Verde year is this year looking compararble to ideas wanted.

Right now, this current setup cannot be compared to 1995 when we had the Parade of Storms. 1996 or 1998 does come to mind, perhaps maybe 1999.

not close to 99, this is similar to 95. 99 had dennis and floyd, and texas had a major.
