Knowing the NWS...

I'll have to go with

Winds: 55 mph
Pressure: 998
Moving: West 12 mph

Though I personally think.

Winds: 60
Pressure: 995
Moving: west 12 mph.

The 11 pm advisory will hold the intensity at the same as the 5 pm advisory and outflow is not looking that good in the last hours.

Dvorak Numbers are now 3.5 and they aren't certain of where the center is, so they keep motion the same. They will probably use that for intensity. I say 65mph, 996MB pressure, and moving west at 12 mph.
