I'm going with two. One from a festering area of disturbed weather in the Western Caribbean and a moderate TS coming into the islands and out through PR...

October is going to be difficult to forecast this year. Historically, October is significantly less active in Niño years, especially in the Caribbean which is the climatologically favored region. However, 2023 has not at all been a typical Niño, and long range climate models suggest the MJO may return to the Atlantic in October.
It's challenging...but I'm going with 2 for now, with 1 being a major hurricane.
