Juan is forming

Looks like TD#14 will form later this afternoon ,tonight or tommorow morning.The system looks organized as the quickscat shows with 40-50 kts winds.

Right now it is moving west with the low at around 12n but with Isabel in front it well be forced to take the fish route but if the ridge builds strong it may follow Isabel more west but we have plenty of time to watch TD#14/Juan.

Hmmm... I wonder if the NHC will make it TD#14 or if they will jump right to naming it Juan. Decisions, decisions.... ;)
