#1 Postby bosag » Sun Sep 07, 2003 4:25 pm

Just thinking ahead guys:). One of the guys my husband works with, said that is where he will be headed should a major cane strike. Is Wildwood higher in elevation or what.

And my inlaws are comming down on Friday. shall be interesting.

Thanx all, youre doing a great job, and yes you know youre addicted to Storm2k, when you check the boards like 5 times a day!!

Does this person have family or friends there? I am familiar with the area and live about 30 minutes north of it.

I am about 25 miles south of 980 :) and northeast of Wildwood.

My general location is 102 feet above sea level. Where I lived in southeastern Massachusetts is 103 feet above sea level.

Interior central Florida is a bit hilly, [by no means dramatically hilly].

The highest point in Florida is in Walton county, at 345 feet above sea level. This location is 2 to 3 miles south of the Alabama border.

Bosag, I'm about 35 miles west of Wildwood, give or take a few miles. Probably as good as any place to stay if there is someone to stay with -- a couple motels on Interstate 75 nearby.
