Floater Satellites: Why So Slow?
How come it always takes them soooo long to change the two floaters to something active? Right now they are sitting on the remnants of Fabian (Floater 1) and Henri (Floater 2). Clearly, well at least IMO, one of them should be on Isabel by now (probably #2). Those two storms are fading, and rapidly becoming less of a major threat (yes yes I know, flooding). It would be nice to have closeups of developing storms instead of dying ones.
Whose decision is it to set the location of the floaters?
