Floater 2 must change to CV area

Now that TD#14 has formed the floater2 has to change from Henri that wont do anything to a developing system in the east atlantic.dixie call the guy and tell him to change #2. :)

I think they will wait a while before they do that, eventhough Henri is not looking like it will make a comeback. The NHC even said its loosing is tropical characteristics. So I say floater 2 will not be moved till Henri is no longer tropical. ^^"

The floater should stay on Henri for now ! There is no need to move it to the CV wave at this time .

I think those points are correct. Henri is closer to populated areas so the floater will likely stay on him for a while. If NoName is upgraded, it will probably change -- if not, I'll notify the floater folks, cycloneye.

I do agree that Henri won't adversely affect the Atlantic coast.
