If this happens, then it will be good for the northern Caribbean islands that they do not have two storms to be concerned with. We should know within the next 2 days whether this will be something to watch or if it has gone fishing.

An ULL (upper level low) to Tropical Depression 14 [what is expected to be Tropical Storm Juan] should turn Juan more northerly... as the above official forecast track from the National Hurricane Center indicates.

Hurricane Isabel may move WSW in response to this ULL, (which will be to "her" east), for a time before resuming a more W to WNW (perhaps at some point NW, [again] movement down the road).
