Isabelle like Georges?

O.K. good people I'm just putting this on the table but do you remember when Georges was in the Atlantic? It was proceeded by an upper low it basically followed into the Gulf. It also couldn't move north due to strong high pressure ridge. Click on satellite link below. Does this look familiar?

Yes you were the first to post the possibility of this POSSIBLE scenario.

Thanks for the discussion, Charleston and Stormcenter. This may have a similar directional track like Georges, which in a sense is a similarity.
