Isabel mantains T number 6.0

No changes in the T number for Isabel as it has mantained all day at the same strengh.Notice also the supertyhoon at the west pacific has 6.5 T number.

Those are sat estimates winds that are done and in base of that T numbers are given by classifications of the winds speeds.Here is a chart that shows all the T numbers and the winds speeds.
