Yes, it says that if this thing gets near your area, you need to make a quick scat for higher ground! :wink:

Yes, the SW angle. That was my suspicion -- though likely wrong. The inner spin did appear to be SW of the eye proper.

I believe the quickscat is only valid up to 40 Knot winds. Other then that is says "stay tuned".
