When Isabel took that NW track in the start from 13n to 20n that was reason for me and all who live in the northern islands to breath easy as Isabel was a non threat to the islands once above 20n.
The same goes for all who live in the east coast because until you see Isabel pass your latitud then you may celebrate the fact that she wont come to your area.
Here are the latituds to watch for from the different states.
Florida=25n-30n
Georgia=30.5n-32.0n
South Carolina=32.1n-33.5n
North Carolina=33.6n-36.4n
Virginia=36.4-38.0n
Maryland=38.0n-39.0n
New Jersey=39.0n-40.5n
New York=40.5n-40.7n
Connecticut=40.7n-41.0n
Rhode Island=41.0n-41.5n
Massachussets=41.5n-42.9n
Maine=42.9n-45.0n
Until it clears latitud where you are no reason to celebrate
