NO, it isn't the same storm. This storm though has demonstrated it's staying power.. cooler waters are DUE north.. not quite as cool NW.. shear will weaken it, but not to cat 2 status I don't believe. My guess is 120-125mph at landfall.. landfall in Maryland/Delaware
