5am tuesday....and that might be early...your looking at possible landfall thursday with maybe some overnight stuff possible wed/thur and that would actually give them more then 24 hours for warning ***(edit: 24 hours for warning if they do the watch at 5am and warning at 5pm ...just realized that looked confusing)*** 36 for watch..just total guess though..honestly

I voted Tuesday at 0500...but the guidance continues to increase the forward speed after 36 hours....
Being this is such a powerful hurricane heading into an area (VA/MD/DE/NJ) that has virtually no experience with a major hurricane, it won't surprise me if watches are issued late tomorrow or tomorrow night...especially if guidance continues to forecast increasing forward speed as Isabel moves toward the coast.

I think it will be 11 am on tuesday becasue i think thats the closets they are going to be where they would feel most comforable about the official track. One jog to the left or right especially in a highly populated area can make all the diffreence unless they just put watches out from NC/CT Daisy

Wednesday
I picked 11pm Tuesday, but would have picked 5am Wednesday, close to 36 hours prior to landfall. Hurricane-force winds will stil be about 300 miles from the coast by 7pm Tuesday.
