Isabel a fish storm?

I think the possibility is still there that Isabel doesn't bother anyone but the fish, IMO. By the way, she is losing some her punch each passing hour. Though that could just be temporary.

I think that possibility is about .005%. So...technically you may be correct. However....for all intents and purposes, that this will not happen.

Look at this map. The ridge noses all the way into Canada. There is no way to get around it without hitting land first. It can't go through the ridge.
