95 kts flight level winds SW quad so it has weaken some more.

What would this equate to in wind speeds most likely? And I thought Isabel was getting stronger again? Could the 18z recon find a stronger storm than this vortex indicates? BTW, didn't you also say she was getting her act together again? Thanks in advance. Trying to learn. Sorry for firing rapid fire questions.

Wow. That is a very dramatic weakening in this storm. I was expected some good weakening, but that is substantial. Hard to say if Isabel will be able to recover much strength tomorrow.
