When will they put watches and warnings up for the coast line? Sometime tomorrow?

Most likely sometime tomorrow watches will go out!!

I agree Jim....a hurricane watch will likely be issued at either 11 a.m. or 5 p.m...a hurricane warning will likely be issued sometime on Wednesday...24-30 hours before landfall...

IMO...if I were the NHC forecaster, I'd issue the hurricane watch from Myrtle Beach, NC to Sandy Hook, NJ (possibly to Montauk Point, NY...based on tomorrow's model trends).
