FYI - My station uses AWS for our network of school and area weather stations. (For those of you that use the "WeatherBug" in your system tray - this is the same company.) Here are some links to some of their cameras that may be of interest:
North Carolina Instacams:

Virginia Instacams:

The cameras are not live, but usually update every 5 minutes, and can be looped.
