It is a pleasure to be here.
DC TV mets putting a lot of stock in latest run by interpreting tract to be 50-75 miles further south and west thus putting DC area in 40-60mph wind field instead of 60-90 discussed earlier. Also Ryan stated he thought further weakening likely. To me, although it is good news, this may be relaxing a bit too much just based on one run. Others comments. Also, did anyone notice WWBB down again. Thanks

Yes I did, just saw their boards are down (to all S2K-ites: I never go there, just noted that their main page is up but the boards are down :o ). Nice to have you here WEATHER53.

I hope that the US gov't isn't affected that much by Izzy. :o

This outage may be a deserved death blow to their inconsistent and often inconsiderate service, or lack therof.

That's one reason I began posting here last winter...everytime a major weather event would begin, the WWBB would crash

newbie asking...Is WWBB a site one has to give money to before using? I kept getting "password before entering" box.
ALSO...are main models really spreading out? veering west? various other threads claimed so. Could izzy enter the GOM? gasp!
