Perhaps separate polls on the inland and coastal cities most affected would be in order. Kinda like apples and orangutans.

I have to vote for Cape Hatteras...but Norfolk will also recieve a tremendous lashing from this large hurricane, as will Richmond.....and probably Washington/ Baltimore.
