Isabel is heading towards the Mid-Atlantic coast as a CAT2 Hurricane expected to make landfall near Moorehead City, NC midday thursday. Is she going to continue this track or move more E and N?
Hurricane and Tropical Storm warnings and wathes are in effect along the East Coast.
