It's better to be safe than sorry. We don't have a declaration out for NJ and probably won't either but the shores do have a Tropical Storm Watch posted.

Eastern PA may have to make a declaration...with all the heavy rain we had early this week, we don't need the potential 3-5" from Izzy! :o
