Where exactly is this buoy?

It's already getting gusts up to 52 knots, with 26 foot waves.

Bouy 41002

This buoy is at 32.27n 75.42w, about 250 nm east of Charleston SC and south of Cape Hatteras.

The National Bouy Data Center has them mapped in regions.

This is the SE region.
