Winds remain as a cat 2 100 mph.Moving NW at 18 mph so in 2 hours it will make landfall around 1:00 PM.

This is a change wouldnt you say ISABEL IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 18 MPH AND THIS MOTION IS
EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY WITH A TURN TO THE NORTH-NORTHWEST

I guess wnw is now out of the picture?

It would seem that way. The inland track may end up further east than what was once thought.
