Anybody hear how the northern part of the eastern shore is fairing?
cape charles and that area?

EASTERN SHORE OF VA
I am in Modest Town on the saeside of the shore. Wind is not too bad, about 45 with gusts. Very little rain. Cape Charles is about 50 miles south of me and on the bayside. They are experiencing totaly different conditions. They are closer to the eye. More wind and rain. Lots of trees down and most of North Hampton County, where your parents are, is without power. Winds are not expected to exceed 56 with gusts to 80. They should be OK. All shelters are open.

they are still going to see worsening conditions
