Looks like a regular flood location..Notice all the cars were moved to the highland in the background. No waves or such..must be a real low area..prone to flooding. Wet for sure..

Looks like a flood prone area.. but a hurricane can do that.. Dump a lot of rain real quick and cause problems..

By the way.. are there any early damage reports from any areas..?
