Looking at the latest ETA models, for every run they atleast show an area of low pressure forming off the Texas coast heading for the Louisiana coastline in about 48-72 hours.

here is the latest runs from the 12UTC

48 hour run

The 18UTC will be out later today.

Hmm.. Perhaps Juan is in the Gulf of Mexico's womb ready to come out.. lol Sorry for the bad analogy..

Yeah. It does appear that the area of cloudiness in the GOM is getting a tad bit better organized this morning.
