Suddenly it's mighty busy out there once again. Silly me...I thought things were winding down, especially for Cape Verde systems.

Oh well...guess I was wrong! 8-)

You always have to watch out until the end of hurricane season! you never know... I was glad things were quiet too but they do seem to be picking up

That's kind of how it was when Fabian and the crew formed, it was very quiet then boom. Major Hurricane Fabian. TS Grace and the rest.

I am not that surprised. Systems can and will develop days after one of two tropical systems are in the Atlantic Basin.
