Agree Scott. As 15 develops it will only affect shipping and the Canadian Maritimes. Order should be in proximity to landfall (i.e., GOM/Caribbean). Not sure about western Caribbean. Models not too keen on it, but pressures are relatively low and the environment and climatology would argue for potential.
