Moving NNW now but will it ever be a TS as it is getting into cooler waters as more north it goes.

No I think that eventually TD#16 will be Kate but the only thing that is happening is the center exposed and that is why the delay but if you read the discussion at my other thread this system will be Kate but in a more slower pace however it wont be too slow to permit changes in the names with 90L.

Not at all msbee but this year we in the islands haved been very lucky as 2 major canes did threat us but they went away. :)
