THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
STORM LARRY...LOCATED ABOUT 300 MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF TAMPICO
MEXICO AND ON HURRICANE KATE...LOCATED ABOUT 1265 MILES
EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA.
CLOUDINESS AND THUNDERSTORMS CENTERED ABOUT 750 MILES EAST OF THE
LESSER ANTILLES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE. UPPER-LEVEL
WINDS ARE NOT FAVORABLE FOR TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
FRIDAY.
