Really keep underestimating intensity; I don't hold Cat. 3 intensity for long, but satellite estimates are up to 90kts; I set it at 85kts, but I would not doubt if some 90kt winds are in there somewhere; if so, we could have a major this time tomorrow; I wouldn't bet anything on it though.
Quite possible Kate could become major/Forecast 14
