But as they shift more to the west or WNW it weakens to a remmant low they say. But so far it has surprised the folks of the NHC that with all the strong shear that it has taken itt has survived.Also the NHC had it more north than where it is now according to past advisory tracks but it is still at the 18n line area.I can say it has been a very tenasious storm and let's see what it does in the next 24-48 hours.
