This statement from TPC was issued at 2:00 PM EST on tuesday the 4th.The window is closed for development of this low that still is exposed but expect rain and some gusty winds that will arrive at Louisiana and the pannhandle of Florida.

Bad news
That's bad news because if the NHC says it won't develop than more likely than not it probably now will look out LA. coastline,LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like we have another low that developed under the earlier convection well to the east of the main low.
