1) TC Elita (09S). Currently at 19.4S 43.3E (210nm W of Antananarivo, Madagascar) and moving ESE at 5mph. Winds are 75mph. Elita still has the change at a little more strengthening as she resides over the Mozambique Channel under moderate outflow aloft. Nonetheless, this trend is forecast to end as Elita interacts with Madagascar.

2) TC Frank (10S). Currently at 17.2S 69.1E (600nm SSW of Diego Garcia) and moving E at 13mph. Winds are 145mph. Frank is maintaining its intensify, but should begin to weaken as it experiences increased shear. The 48hr point of the forecast has Frank as a 105mph cyclone.
