I think we can say goodbye to the disturbance, as it's heading out to sea. There's a definite LLC now, but convection is displaced about 300 miles to the northeast of the low-level swirl. There appears to be too much shear for the center to move underneath the convection. Still, can't rule out development, there's still some warm water in the region. Need to get rid of the shear, though:
