Looks like SE Tx is in the bullseye. From the looks of the Brownsville radar lots of rain heading your way. I still say we have a chance at a hybrid system here. http://radar.weather.gov/radar/loop/DS. ... kbro.shtml

And before I say anything about the "spinning" I see on radar southeast of Brownsville I want to see some sat pics. LOL
