As of midnight here, the NHC images show a definate spin in the SW CARIBBEAN. An area definitly favored this time of year. Also, that wave out in the Atlantic. Those waves in those harsh conditions never make it. Waves sheared like that in early and late season can still form. TD#2 last year, Bertha in 96 and of course, waves like that have spawed category 4 monsters like Iris in 2001 and Lili in 2002.
