I said "neither" because I seem to remember situations in the past that are similar that nobody in the chain of command really seemed to care about and cancelled recon several times before finally sending the plane in. Don't you all?

The NHC is not planning on sending a recon. into this system before tomorrow... so this afternoon shouldn't even be a choice. They have to schedule the flight and this afternoon and certainly too far in advance.
