The discussion seems that the wave may have a chance
THE TROPICAL ATLANTIC...
WESTERLIES DOMINATE THE ATLC NORTH OF A WELL-DEFINED RIDGE
ACROSS THE ENTIRE TROPICAL ATLC FROM OVER AFRICA JUST SOUTH
OF DAKAR INTO AN UPPER HIGH NEAR 10N37W CONTINUING TO THE
NORTHERN COAST OF SOUTH AMERICA ALONG 9N. SEASONAL MODERATE
TO STRONG SUBSIDENCE IS SOUTH OF 16N TO THE ITCZ EAST OF 37W.
UPPER LEVEL HIGH NEAR 37W IS FORECAST TO BUILD WESTWARD...
PROBABLY MAINTAINING AN FAVORABLE PATTERN FOR THUNDERSTORMS
DEVELOPMENT IN THE WAVE NEAR 45W.
